My Top 20 Favorite Godzilla Films
Before we go on to this list, I would just like to say that birds are my favorite animals in the world. And Godzilla is my favorite fictional character in the world. Now moving on to the list.
20. Godzilla Raids Again (1955). Not nearly as good as the original, but still a very entertaining film.
19. King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962). A battle between two of the worlds most famous monsters must be good, which it is.
18. Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964). This movie is one of the best showa movies I've ever seen. I especially love the monster parts. This movie is very entertaining and funny.
17. Ghidorah, The Three-Headed Monster (1964). Why is it so good? Because it's funny, entertaining, introduces Rodan into the Godzilla series, and introduces King Ghidorah!
16. Destroy All Monsters (1968). How can a film when a bunch of monsters are being controlled and destroying cities and then break free of their controll and have an all-out battle with a three-headed dragon not be awesome?
15. Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (1974). Godzilla battles a mechanical version of himself created by alien-ape things that is even more powerful than him, and he takes it's head off. Literaly. HOW CAN THAT NOT BE COMPLETELY AWESOME PEOPLE??!! It also introduces King Ceasar, and the monster battles are EXTREMELY entertaining.
14. Godzilla vs. Mothra: Battle for the Earth (1992). Not exactly one of the best heisei films, but still very awesome and entertaining. It even gives Godzilla a roar similar to his showa roar!
13. Terror of Mechagodzilla (1975). Possibly THE BEST showa film. Why? It is FULL OF ACTION, it introduces Titanosaurus(which I kind of wsh was in GFW), it has an improved Mechagodzilla, and the more explosions the better, right?
12. Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla (1994). One of the best heisei movies(in my opinion), and extremely entertaining, with awesome monster fight near the end. You know the one with Moguera and Godzilla and they try to blow up Spacegodzilla's crystals?
11. Godzilla Tokyo SOS (2003). Simply one of the best and most action packed Godzilla films I've ever seen.
10. The Return of Godzilla (1984). It's the start of the heisei series, and it gives Godzilla a design similar to the original design, which I really like. Also, Godzilla goes back to his old ways of destroying civilization, like a proper movie monster. And it even has my favorite version of the Godzilla roar!
9. Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989). I have once again never seen this film, but I've heard this ones also very good. And I can tell the fight between Biollante(a.k.a Godzilla's sister) and Godzilla is pretty awesome.
8. Godzilla vs. Megaguirus (2000). I actually don't have much to say about this film, but all I can say is that my favorite part was the battle at the end.
7. Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (1993). It was one of the most awesome, action packed, and entertaining films in the heisei series. It has my favorite Rodan design, it's the start of Godzilla's meltdown, and it introduces the new version of Godzilla's son!
6. Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991). It was one of the first Godzilla films I ever watched, it is extremely action packed and entertaining, it introduces Mecha-King Ghidorah, and it explains Godzilla's origins.
5. Godzilla (1954). Come on, you gotta love the original.
4. Godzilla vs. DESTOROYAH!!!!!(1995). One of the best Godzilla films I've ever seen. It's extremely action packed and entertaining, focuses more on Godzilla and his son than the humans, and introduces DESTOROYAH!!!!! It's also a great way to end the heisei series. This movie is just completely AWESOME!!
3. Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999). A great start to the millenium series. It has my favorite Godzilla design, which is the first Godzilla design I ever saw, it introduces Orga, who is technically Godzilla's brother because he was made out of Godzilla DNA, and it is once again very entertaining to watch.
2. Godzilla Final Wars (2004). It was completely AWESOME. It was basically all fighting, extremely action packed and entertaining, and introduces one of Godzilla's greatest foes yet, Montser X/Keizer Ghidorah. I have so much things to say about this film, but for now I'll just say that this is one of the best Godzilla films until the 2014 one.
1. Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack (2001). THE BEST Godzilla film in general. It is once again extremely action packed and entertaining, once again focuses more on Godzilla and the other monsters, has one of the most menacing and evil Godzilla designs ever, has spectacular special effects, and Godzilla basically just completely obliterates everyone from the face of the earth. It's awesome. Three more reasons I love this movie. 1, I was born in 2001, 2, 2001 was a very important year, and 3, the movie is just completely freakin' awesome. And it also has human characters that I actually care about. This is THE BEST Godzilla film until the 2014 film comes out.
So, those where my favorite Godzilla films. Hope you liked the list!
By the way, I am also looking forward to the new Godzilla 2014 film that's coming out. I'm pretty sure it will be awesome. When it comes out, I'll be there to see it.

About my Godzilla installations...
So, those are my kid pix installations up there. But before I go on, I must inform you that it is not all fun and games here. Or maybe it is, you decide? You see, my mom turns everything into a learning adventure. You may look at my interest in Godzilla and see just that, a toy Godzilla. My mom however sees Math, Science , Social Studies, you name it, in everything that we do. For instance, when I make Godzilla toys, we measure them, each and everyone. Ryan helps! And, that’s math! I also have a strong interest in exporting my toys and opening my own Godzilla store. So, we work a lot with money and learning about the business of exporting, and that’s also math! Godzilla can be made from many different types of materials ... plastic, vinyl, clay, etc… . And, these materials can be mixed with other chemicals to make the toy more durable. That’s science! And, I like science! So does Ryan! We also looove learning about Tokyo, Japanese yen, and the Japanese language when we play with Godzilla. Here is a google map that we made of Godzilla destroying buildings around Tokyo (see below). I learned a lot about the city this way. That’s Social Studies! So you get the idea. Now Ryan has something to say. "I have Godzilla unleashed." "And, I have an Anguirus toy." "I have a King Ghidorah toy." "AND I have a Gigan toy." Alright alright Ryan that’s enough. "No, no I have something else to say." What is it? "I also have a Mothra toy!" Okay, okay, (covering Ryan's mouth) back to you people, here are some of my drawings of Godzilla. And some that Ryan drew. I just love my little brother:)!
